Commissioned by Perennial Holdings, a Singapore-based integrated healthcare and real estate company, this project involved developing a comprehensive off-plan marketing campaign for The Golden Mile, the conserved redevelopment of the iconic Golden Mile Complex—Singapore’s first modern, large-scale strata-titled development located between Nicoll Highway and Beach Road. The project encompassed brand expression, marketing collateral design, and digital assets, including brochures, posters, sales materials, and website visuals, delivering a cohesive design language across both print and online platforms to support the launch of this landmark luxury residential development.
